O projeto dessa residência familiar atende ao pedido dos proprietários que adoram a arquitetura tailandesa. Com o telhado de quatro águas e uma linguagem contemporânea, a casa foi concebida em três módulos. Os acabamentos em materiais de alto padrão traduzem sofisticação, mas sem ostentação, resultando em uma residência elegante e confortável. Na fachada há detalhes em madeira que protegem a entrada e revestem as colunas laterais e as aberturas.
Pelo fato da casa estar dividida em blocos, a integração foi uma das preocupações da arquiteta neste projeto. Uma passarela faz a comunicação entre os blocos e opátio interno e tem a função de unir os ambientes de lazer, cozinha, jantar, brinquedoteca e home theater. Outra preocupação de Sabrina foi criar uma casa acolhedora, para isso a madeira faz-se presente, dando aos ambientes internos um toque de sofisticação. O guarda-corpo em vidro na escada de acesso ao piso superior traz a sensação de leveza.
O living, um dos ambientes mais interessantes, foi recortado por grandes painéis de vidro emoldurados em madeira que enquadram a paisagem exterior, integrando-a aos espaços internos que são inundados pela luz natural. O mobiliário é contemporâneo e em linhas retas, predominantemente claro, onde se destaca a poltrona de couro. Este espaço também funciona como home theater e está integrado à sala de jantar, onde há uma mesa com tampo em vidro.
Na área de lazer, a madeira que reveste as colunas da varanda oferece uma continuidade visual com o deck da piscina. O desenho do pastilhado passa a ideia de que o deck é suspenso. A pedido do proprietário, o pé de pequi, espécie nativa do cerrado, foi preservado e passou a compor o paisagismo, acrescentando um charme a mais ao local. Integrada e aberta para varanda a lareira recebeu uma ambientação que une o estilo rústico ao contemporâneo, utilizando uma mesa de centro em tora de madeira natural e fazendo uma composição com sofás pretos em linhas retas e aos gardens seat. No deck, ao fundo, a arquiteta utilizou cadeiras em fibra com os tecidos e ombrelones pretos integrando os espaços.

The design of this family home serves the owner’s request who love Thai architecture. With hipped roof and acontemporary style, the house was designed in three modules. The finish in high quality materials reflect sophistication, but without ostentation, resulting in an elegant and comfortable residence. On the facade there are wood endetails that protect the entrance, covering side columns and vents.
Because the house is divided into blocks, integration has been a concern to the architect on this project. A walkway is the communication between the blocks and the inner courtyard and serves to integrate recreation environments, kitchen, dining room, playroom and home theater.
Another Sabrina’s concern was to create a welcoming home, that’s why the presence of wood, giving to the interiors a touch of sophistication. The glass guard rail on the stairs to the upper floor brings a feeling of lightness.
The living room, one of the most interesting ambiences, has been cut by large glass panels framed in wood that surround the exterior landscape, integrating it with internal spaces that are flooded with natural light. The furniture is contemporary and in straight lines, mainly of bright colors, which includes the leather armchair. This space also serves as a home theater and it is integrated into the dining room,where there is a table with glass top.
In the recreation area, the column’s wood coveringof the balcony offers a visual continuity with the pool deck. The tile’sdesign gives the idea that the deck is suspended. The owner requested that the pequi tree, a native species of the vegetation of the Brazilian interior, was preserved and now form the landscaping, adding more charm to the place.
The fireplace is integrated and opened to the balcony, it received a setting that combines the rustic to contemporary, usinga coffee table in natural log of wood and making a composition with black sofas in straight lines and gardens seat.
