Para atender às expectativas da cliente – uma empresária de personalidade marcante, a arquiteta Helaine Caloête faz a harmonização perfeita entre praticidade, conforto e beleza. Assim, o apartamento de alto padrão, em uma localização privilegiada de Águas Claras, ganha um projeto contemporâneo e ousado, onde living, home e sala de jantar são totalmente integrados. A varanda gourmet, ao fundo da sala de jantar recebe cadeiras de acrílico transparente que se contrapõem à rusticidade da mesa de madeira. A churrasqueira, revestida com pastilhas em ton sur ton de dourados, dialoga perfeitamente com o brilho do maxi pendente Mamma Mia!. O toque de modernidade fica por conta dos armários na cor vermelha, com efeito em aço e nichos para objetos. A maioria das paredes ganhou revestimentos para facilitar a manutenção.
Aliás, a harmonia conquistada com a mistura de materiais, elementos e cores é destaque no apartamento de 280 metros quadrados. Os materiais escolhidos são de impacto, como a pedra ônix, a pedra portuguesa, a madeira e o mármore Travertino para o piso. A natureza também é marcante na decoração, com a presença de plantas em quase todos os ambientes. No living, como aparece refletido no espelho de moldura preta estrategicamente colocado na parede do imenso corredor, vemos sofás revestidos de seda e um pomposo pendente de cristal. A parede, que dá acesso à área íntima, teve sua extensão toda trabalhada com pedra portuguesa e blocos de pedra. Aqui, branco,cinza e preto transmitem sobriedade aos ambientes, com alguns toques de azul e vermelho – destaque para a escultura de pantera no corredor.
Para a ambientação da sala de jantar com painel de madeira ao fundo, Helaine Caloête escolheu uma mesa de jantar com tampo de vidro para oito pessoas, diferenciando as cadeiras da cabeceira daquelas posicionadas nas laterais, em tom de azul. O lustre clássico de cristal, o aparador com iluminação na pedra ônix e os vasos de Murano completam a decoração do espaço.
A cortina de seda ajuda a conectar o living ao home. O sofá de veludo aquece e confereum ar envolvente e elegante ao ambiente. A cor escura e a maciez do tecido – além da iluminação intimista – contrastam com a parede claríssima e com a frieza do móvel de linhas retas e simples. O painel, em vidro escuro, contribui para dar ainda mais sofisticação e brilho ao cinema particular. Para as prateleiras do rack, foram selecionados poucos objetos de decoração.

To meet the customer's expectation - a company of outstanding personality, the architect HelaineCaloête makes perfect matching between practicality, comfort and beauty. Thus, the high standard apartment in a prime location at Águas Claras, gets a contemporary and bold design, where living, home and dining room are fully integrated.The gourmet balcony at the back of the dining room chairs receive clear acrylic that contrast with the rustic wooden table. At the grill, coated tablets in ton sur ton of gold, dialogues perfectly with the brightness of the maxi-pending Mamma Mia. The modern twist is done by the cabinet in red, with an effect from steel and niches for objects. Most of the walls won coatings for easier maintenance.

Here, white, gray and black to convey sober environments, with some touches of blue and red - especially the sculpture of a panther in the hallway.
For the ambience of the dining room with wood paneling in the background, Helaine Caloête chose a dining table with glass top for eight people, distinguishing between those chairs positioned on the head side in blue. The classic crystal chandelier, a sideboard with lighting in onyx and stone Murano vases complete the decoration of the space.
The silk curtain helps to connect the living room to the home theater. The velvet couch gives a warm and elegant air to the surroundingenvironment.The dark color and soft tissue - beyond the intimate lighting - crystal clear contrast with the wall and the coldness of the furniture of straight and simple lines. The panel, in dark glass, helps to give even more sophistication and sparkle to the private cinema. For the shelves ofthe rack, a few furnishings were selected.
