Conectados, mas independentes: assim foram projetados o Tower Club Residence e o Sagitarius Residencial Resort que formam o complexo residencial concebido pelo escritório Estrela Arquitetura. No Tower Club, a arquitetura imponente de linhas contemporâneas apresenta, em seus elementos principais, uma mescla de revestimentos que sugerem os conceitos de natureza e integração à paisagem urbana. Já no Sagitarius, os arquitetos trabalharam o conceito de condomínio-resort, priorizando a busca do equilíbrio na composição de linhas retas e atuais com espaços generosos, destacando-se a área de lazer, áreas sociais com pé-direito duplo e total integração visual com as áreas verdes.
O hall de entrada do Tower Club possui mobiliário em madeira clara, com quatro poltronas de estofados brancos compondo com uma mesa de centro em vidro. A luminária pendente completa o décor. O lazer integrado é um dos destaques do programa, que apresenta um moderno sistema de medição e reutilização da água, dentro de uma proposta sustentável.

Conectedbut independent; that was the design of the Tower Club and Residence Resort and Residential Sagittarius forming the residential complex designed by the Office of Estrela Architecture. In the Tower Club, the imposing architecture of contemporary lines has, in its main elements, a mixture of coatings suggest that the concepts of nature and integration into the urban landscape. In the other hand, in Sagittarius, the architects worked on the concept of condo-resort, prioritizing the search for balance in the composition of straight lines and current with generous spaces, highlighting the area of recreation, social areas with double height and full integration with visual the green areas.
